Arrivals and Departures
We kindly ask you to make a reservation so that you arrive in Hungary until 2.00 pm at latest on 14th July 2019, in order not to miss the Opening Ceremony.
You may arrive to and depart from Hungary to one of the following official destinations:
- Liszt Ferenc International Airport - Budapest
- Budapest Keleti Railway Station
- Budapest Nyugati Railway Station
- Szeged Railway Station
If you plan to arrive at another destination, please find a way yourself to get to the nearest of the four above.
Transfer to the Hotel
We confirm that all participants arriving on 14th July 2019 to one of the four official destinations will be transferred to the hotels in Szeged.
We also confirm that all participants departing on 21st July 2019 to one of the four official destinations will be transferred from the hotels in Szeged to their departure station.
Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee transfer on other days or from/to other destinations.
For those who arrive for a pre-IBO tour to Hungary earlier than 14th July 2019, we recommend finding their own way to one of the official destinations. We propose to use https://www.mavcsoport.hu/en webpage to plan your own train travel.
